Amali Svien brings a hospitality driven approach to Luxury Real Estate, specializing in exclusive residential properties, vineyard estates and land development in the Napa Valley. Amali’s business is distinguished by her focus on client experience, operational precision and refined understanding of presentation. Anchored by commitment, confidentiality and consistency, Amali's clients value her meticulous organization, sophisticated eye for detail and ability to guide them through an informed and supported experience, ensuring service is at the heart of each success.
Her warm, welcoming and collaborative nature stems from her deeply rooted 20 year career in the Luxury Hospitality Industry. During her decade of managing restaurants and the events department for renowned 3 Michelin Star Chef, Thomas Keller, she developed and exemplified one of her core values: Commitment. A motto that resonates with her is “Be the Bacon” based on the classic breakfast of Bacon and Eggs; the chicken contributed but the pig was fully committed! "Be the Bacon!”
Amali further worked as a Financial Consultant to Restaurants and Bars in the Bay Area, putting her double Master’s Degree in International Business and Hospitality Administration to good use. She soon reveled in her winery position as Director of Hedonism… i.e. Hospitality. Amali curated guest experiences to mirror the pleasures offered by the Napa Valley. Additionally, from walking the vineyards to harvesting grapes, she became intimate with the various terroirs and regions of the Napa Valley; Amali’s home.
Amali enjoys traveling the world with her husband and 2 kids. They spend time in Sri Lanka, where she is originally from and in Montana where her husband's ranching family lives. Amali and her family are active in the community with local schools, sports, charities and their neighborhood. Love where you live and live who you are.
